保磁控制設備有兩種系列產品：GTBM系列產品適用于一般定電壓方式控制場合；LPBM系列產品具有保磁功能的同時具有調磁功能，通過自由調節電磁鐵的勵磁電壓，可方便地控制吸放鋼板的張數。此兩系列產品為本公司對原GTBM和LPBMPC系列產品的技術診斷改造升級產品，提高了原系列產品的使用可靠性和技術先進性，明顯減少了用戶的維護工作量。
　　
　　主要特點Main features
　　
　　1、作業中遇電網突然停電時，自動切換電源，在設定時間內保證被吸物不致掉落，并可打開卷揚機抱閘，將被吸物安全放下。
　　
　　2、設備成套性好，配有專門的充電設備及完善的顯示檢測報警裝置。
　　
　　3、采用閥控式全密封鉛酸免維護電池，充電時無需人工值守，監控電池狀況自動切換充電方式，使用壽命長。
　　
　　4、裝置輕巧；安裝時無特殊求：維護保養方便。GTBM系列產品還可以增加了行車UPS電源，此UPS電源具有以下功能；
　　
　　1)、輸入由電池提供的220V直流電壓，輸出380V50Hz的三相交電流。
　　
　　2)、在吸料時，若電網停電而被吸物下方不具備下放條件，可控制天車的小車移動。
　　
　　3）、停電時可控制提升機構的交流制動器工作，因此，使用該產品，不必將原來的交流制動器更換成直流制動器。

　　選型及注意事項Attentions for model selection
　　1、電磁鐵額定電壓與設備輸出電壓相符；電磁鐵的電流（消耗功率）之和應小于或等于整流控制設備的輸出電流（功率）。
　　
　　2、起重設備提升機構的電磁抱閘，在不使用行車UPS電源的情況下，應改為直流電磁抱閘。
　　
　　3、工作環境溫度在50℃以上，或有改型、擴容等特殊要求，訂貨時需注明。
